KUGO – Fish Crackers

Keropok is a traditional Malay fish cracker snack originating from the state of Terengganu, in West Malaysia. It is made from fish and sago flour and seasoned with salt and sugar. It is usually made by grinding fish into a paste, mixing it with sago, forming its shape. Then it is neatly packed and sold. this product have a tasty fish cracker snack.  The snack is eaten with special homemade chili blends or plain old chilli sauce.

Use it as a topping for your creamy soups and porridge or simply snack it away with your favourite chilli sauce.

Ingredients: Fish, Starch, Sago, Corn Flour, Salt, Contains Monosodium Glutamate as an approved flavor enhancer.
